Our standard invoices asks for payment within thirty days. This should be by company cheque, bank transfer (bank details on invoice). Disputes must be raised within fifteen days.
When payment is received in full for the project you will be licensed to use the photographs for the purpose you have specified.
What if my packaging arrives in bad shape?
You should package your products carefully.
Of course we will let you know straight away if there has been any damage in transit.
If everything is fine but we can not use your packaging for the return delivery do not worry, we will repackage it for you. You will be charged extra for this service, so it is best to avoid the necessity if you can!
What happens if my products go missing or get damaged?
You should make sure your products are fully insured against all risks during the whole time they are away from you. This should include delivery to or from our studio as well as the time your products are with us.
Who has the copyright on the photograph?
Copyright on all photographs remain with lightbox photographic.
You are licensed to use the photograph only after payment has been received in full.
This arrangement can be changed only with the approval of lightbox photographic. Just give us a call and let us know what you would like to do.
